Rihanna ”smoked” Rolling Stone’s Cover with a series of images by celebrity photographer Terry Richardson that proved to be CeCe blogworthy.  Why? Mainly cause the way she tongued kissed the kesha the whole time earned her the Cutest Weedhead of the Year Award…..and if you know me, you know that’s honestly a compliment….Here are a few of the shots I liked best…..
